Description
As a Revenue Office intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to gain insights into market trends, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization techniques for luxury properties. Your responsibilities include:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Use tools such as Excel and SQL to process large datasets and generate actionable insights.
Market Research: Conduct research on competitor pricing, market demand, and seasonal trends to support pricing strategy development.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
