As a L'Oréal Luxe Multi-Brand Beauty Advisor at Boots Liffey Valley, you will represent a portfolio of luxury beauty brands, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Your responsibilities include:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, understand their beauty needs, and recommend appropriate products from our luxury brands.
Build lasting relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all brands and products, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in retail or beauty sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
