Description
As a COO Business Control Intern, you will help the bank's engine work successfully by connecting business and support areas. The Brazil COO group is responsible for helping the CEO coordinate the day-to-day activities of the institution. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the COO team in monitoring and reporting on business performance and operational metrics.
Assisting in the coordination of cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Participating in the analysis of business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
