As a Transport Supervisor, you will oversee daily transport operations to ensure efficient and reliable delivery services. Your responsibilities include:
Operations Management: Supervise the scheduling and dispatching of the company's fleet of trucks to optimize routes and meet delivery deadlines. Monitor real-time transport activities to address any issues promptly.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of drivers and logistics staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance standards. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in transport or logistics supervision, preferably with a fleet management background.
