Description
As a Demand Planning Intern at Mars, you will be responsible for supporting the demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management. Your key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze demand data from various sources.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of demand forecasts using statistical models and market insights.
Monitoring and reporting on forecast accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
Participating in demand review meetings and contributing to the consensus planning process.
Requirements
We are looking for students who are within 2 years of graduating from Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication abilities.
