Description
The Proposal Intern will be responsible for drafting technical and management projects for maintenance service offers on buildings and systems, including in the context of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
This role involves supporting the Business Department in preparing comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements and company standards.
Key responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with technical teams to gather necessary information, and ensuring all proposal components are accurate and timely.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
