As an Intern in Post Merger Integration Excellence, you will work collaboratively with team members on an equal footing, contributing to the seamless integration of merged entities. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the development and execution of post-merger integration plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Analyzing operational and financial data to identify integration risks and opportunities.
Assisting in the creation of integration timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
