User Support: Provide first-level and second-level support for workplace-related issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity problems. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving incidents via ticketing systems.
Requirements
To succeed in this internship, you should have:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
