Description
As an Intern in Insurance Customer Journey, you will support the development and optimization of customer-facing insurance processes. Your responsibilities include:
Analyzing customer journey data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities in insurance product offerings.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement seamless digital insurance experiences.
Assisting in the creation of customer journey maps and service blueprints for insurance products.
Conducting market research on insurance trends and competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
