Description
As an Intern – ST&I Associate Scientist at IFF, you will support the Science, Technology & Innovation (ST&I) team in developing and optimizing fragrance and flavor solutions. Your responsibilities include:
Conducting laboratory experiments to formulate and test new fragrance and flavor prototypes, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer requirements.
Assisting in the analysis of raw materials and finished products using analytical techniques such as GC-MS, HPLC, and sensory evaluation.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Strong foundation in organic chemistry and analytical techniques (e.g., GC-MS, HPLC).
