As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Mastercard's critical payment systems.
Your key responsibilities include:
System Reliability & Incident Management: Design and implement robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to maintain high availability of production systems.
Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement to prevent recurrence of incidents.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, distributed systems.
