Description
As a Geotechnical Engineering Intern, you will support field and office tasks on projects spanning road, rail, airports, renewable energy, commercial and industrial developments, working under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Your responsibilities will be split between field and office work.
In the field, you will assist with site investigations, including soil sampling, logging boreholes, and conducting in-situ testing.
You will also help monitor construction activities, such as earthworks and foundation installation, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong academic record with coursework in soil mechanics, foundation engineering, or geology.
Basic understanding of geotechnical principles and field testing methods.
