Description
As a Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, you will support the Housekeeping Department in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting the Housekeeping Supervisor in daily operations, including room inspections and team coordination.
Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
Participating in training sessions to develop supervisory skills and knowledge of housekeeping procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or related program.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for luxury service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
