Description
As an Events Operations Stagiair, you will be an integral part of a dynamic event team in The Lobby Fizeaustraat, learning to organize events from A to Z in a vibrant setting where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities include:
Event Setup and Coordination: Assist in the flawless setup of event spaces in the morning, ensuring all equipment, furniture, and decorations are arranged according to specifications. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and setup.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
