Description
As a Stage Sales HBO at Synsel, you will be responsible for actively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
You will conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client positions, ensuring a high-quality pipeline of talent.
You will collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Additionally, you will assist in maintaining and updating the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a HBO degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in recruitment and technology.
