Graduate Programme Recruiter & Talent Partner @ Verita HR

This role focuses on managing the graduate recruitment and talent development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Emerging Talent Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate programmes in Poland, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Learning & Development: Design and deliver development programmes for emerging talent, including onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning initiatives.
