Description
As a Stage Sales & Recruitment HBO at Synsel, you will be responsible for actively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
You will conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client positions.
Additionally, you will support the sales team by identifying and reaching out to potential client companies, presenting Synsel's recruitment services and AI-driven tools.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a HBO degree (Bachelor level) in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or Psychology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
