Description
As a Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack at Capital One, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack solutions that solve complex business problems. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative delivery environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain scalable applications. Your day-to-day will involve:
Architecting and implementing front-end and back-end components using modern technologies.
Leading technical discussions and contributing to the design and code review process.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular.
