As a Senior Campus Recruitment Specialist, you will lead and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges. Your responsibilities include:
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive campus recruitment plans aligned with organizational hiring needs, including target schools, event calendars, and diversity initiatives.
Event Management: Organize and attend career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and on-campus presentations to promote the company brand and engage with students.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles with a focus on early career hiring.
