Description
As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Your primary duties include:
Patient Support: Answering questions about medical services, appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance coverage.
Data Entry: Accurately inputting patient information, medical records, and insurance details into the system.
Issue Resolution: Resolving customer complaints or escalating complex issues to appropriate departments.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent.
Prior call center, customer service, and medical office related experience preferred.
Must possess strong computer and keyboarding skills.
Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
