As a Campus Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges. Your key duties include:
Building and maintaining relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to promote the firm as an employer of choice.
Coordinating and attending campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
