Description
As an Internal Sales Agent at Électro-5, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales activities within the internal sales team. Your primary duties include:
Client Relationship Management: Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients via phone and email to understand their needs, present product offerings, and close sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Sales Support: Collaborate with external sales representatives to provide timely quotes, process orders, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an asset.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
