Description
As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering - Full Stack, you will lead and manage a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications. Your responsibilities include:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support career development.
Technical Strategy: Define and drive the technical roadmap for full-stack development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
