Description
As a BCO Business Control Intern, you will help the bank’s engine work successfully by supporting business areas through a robust control environment. The Brazil BCO group is responsible for supporting business areas by creating, maintaining, and monitoring a strong control framework. Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in the development and implementation of control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support business areas in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
