Description
As an Area Manager Intern in Operations at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment.
Your primary duties include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving productivity improvements.
You will oversee inbound and outbound processes, including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
You will analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, graduating in 2026 or later.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
