Description
As a Hospitality Intern at Eterniti, you will support the operations team in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio of vacation rentals. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process.
Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards.
Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly to uphold our reputation for excellence.
Supporting the reservations team with booking management and inventory updates.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a proactive attitude.
