Description
As an Intern in Post Merger Integration Excellence, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support the seamless integration of acquired companies. Your responsibilities will include:
Integration Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining integration plans, timelines, and milestones for various workstreams (e.g., finance, operations, HR, IT).
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify integration risks, synergies, and performance metrics.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
