Description
As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering - Full Stack, you will lead and manage a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications. Your responsibilities include:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Set technical direction, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth.
Full Stack Development: Architect and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern technologies. Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
