Description
As an Area Manager Intern in Operations at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to learn how we manage one of the world's most sophisticated supply chains. You will be responsible for leading a team of associates in a fast-paced fulfillment center, sortation center, or delivery station. Your primary duties will include:
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 20-50 associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals. You will be responsible for shift planning, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, graduating in 2026 or later.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
