Description
As an Apprentice 18t Driver at DX, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Category C (Class 2) vehicle to deliver a wide range of services, including parcel freight, secure, courier, and logistics services. Your primary duties include:
Driving and operating an 18-tonne vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
Loading and unloading freight, parcels, and other items, ensuring secure handling and accurate delivery.
Planning and following efficient delivery routes to meet scheduled times.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:
Hold a valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
Have no more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
Be willing to undertake and complete the Urban Driver Apprenticeship program.
