Description
As an Apprenticeship Academy Tutor for Carpentry and Joinery, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices, ensuring they develop the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required for their trade. Your key duties include:
Training Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging training sessions in carpentry and joinery, covering both practical workshop activities and classroom-based theory. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in carpentry and joinery, with a strong understanding of trade practices and techniques.
A recognized teaching or training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
