Description
As an Apprenticeship Academy Tutor for Carpentry and Joinery, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required for their trade. Your primary duties include:
Training Delivery: Plan and conduct engaging training sessions in carpentry and joinery, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in carpentry and joinery, with a strong understanding of industry practices and standards.
A recognized teaching or training qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training) or willingness to work towards one.
