Description
As an Architectural Drafter Intern, you will support the Facilities Department in the design and documentation of architectural projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and modifying architectural drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) under the guidance of senior drafters and architects.
Assisting in the development of floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings for new construction and renovation projects.
Reviewing and updating existing drawings to reflect as-built conditions and project changes.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an accredited program in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Basic understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.
