Description
As an IT Support Engineer Intern at The Missing Link, you will provide technical support to internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. Your responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Assisting with network connectivity problems, including Wi-Fi and VPN configurations.
Managing user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
Installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
