As an Apprentice Designer at Smurfit Westrock, you will support the design team in creating sustainable paper and packaging solutions. Your responsibilities include assisting in the development of design concepts, preparing technical drawings and specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, and participating in design reviews. You will also help maintain design documentation, conduct research on materials and sustainability practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the design department.
