Description
As an Apprentice Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and development initiatives across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating training programs and schedules for employees, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.
Assisting in the development and implementation of training materials and resources.
Managing training records and tracking employee participation and progress.
Supporting the People & Culture team in identifying training needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
