Description
As an Apprenticeship Academy Tutor for Carpentry and Joinery, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices. Your primary duties include:
Training Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging carpentry and joinery training sessions, both in workshop and classroom settings, ensuring alignment with apprenticeship standards.
Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments of apprentices' practical skills and theoretical knowledge, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience: Proven experience in carpentry and joinery, ideally with a background in teaching or training apprentices.
Qualifications: A relevant vocational qualification in carpentry and joinery (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
