Description
As a Représentant interne pièces et service-client, you will be responsible for managing internal parts sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary duties include:
Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing questions about parts availability, pricing, and order status.
Processing orders for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) parts and specialized equipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Collaborating with the sales and warehouse teams to maintain inventory levels and coordinate shipments.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, parts sales, or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC or industrial equipment industry.
