Description
As an Apprentice on the Haute-Chaudière Wind Farm Project, you will work under the guidance of experienced tradespeople to support the construction and maintenance of a 20-turbine, 124 MW wind farm located in the municipalities of Frontenac and Audet, as well as the City of Lac-Mégantic.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the installation, repair, and upkeep of wind turbine components and related infrastructure.
You will learn and apply safe work practices, follow project specifications, and use hand and power tools effectively.
Requirements
Candidates must be motivated and willing to learn a Red Seal designated trade.
No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and commitment to safety are essential.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor settings are necessary.
