Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of legal matters under the supervision of senior attorneys. Responsibilities include conducting legal research and analysis on complex issues, drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts, and managing discovery processes including document review and production. The role involves representing clients in court hearings, depositions, and arbitrations, as well as negotiating settlements and agreements.
