Description
As a Platform Operation Intern, you will support the daily operations of our platform, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include:
Monitoring platform performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance user experience.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to coordinate platform updates and feature launches.
Analyzing operational data to generate insights and reports for management.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
