Description
As an HR Consultant intern at Adecco, you will join a dynamic team and play an active role in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities include:
Searching for and screening candidates through job sites, social media, and other channels.
Assisting in the selection process, including conducting interviews and assessments.
Supporting the recruitment team in daily tasks and projects.
Contributing to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Learning and applying HR best practices in a real-world setting.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who:
Has a passion for people and an interest in HR.
Is eager to discover how recruitment and selection work in practice.
Is proactive, communicative, and team-oriented.
Is currently pursuing a relevant education (e.g., HR, Business, Psychology).
